Would rate it ZERO if I could

Would rate it ZERO if I could. The most unreliable company I have ever purchased from. Zero communication or consideration for their customers. I have been waiting two months for my dining set to come in, they keep pushing the date of delivery without consulting with me. This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. Please do not waste your time with structube.

Terrible experience...ordered lamp 5…

Terrible experience...ordered lamp 5 months ago and still waiting , nobody is able to give an explanation when is going to be ready for pick up. The reply is we can give you money back...is that how you deal with customer and what about 5 months interest ..why should I credit STRUCTUBE and give them an opportunity to work with my money. If you are not able to satisfy customer your expiry date is very close . The worst thing is that nobody even knows when the product will be available ...SHAME just SHAME

DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER!!
Waiting for an end table which was ordered and paid for 2nd February 2021. The in stock date has gone back, back again, brought forward and then back again now EXPECTED August! Customer service has been appalling however they did admit today their items are manufactured outside of Canada and they have no idea when items will be made. Don't buy from this "Canadian" company, give your money to Wayfair.ca who can actually supply your goods Seriously, Structure should not be legally allowed to trade.

Horrible C.S, even worse shipping policy.

They tell you that they have “free shipping over $299 within CANADA” and they make mention that outside a certain radius, the customer may need to pay some. My nearest store is 3 hours away, in Canada. I could not find a way to add delivery to my order when I tried to check out. I’m currently in my third week of what should have been a 30 minute conversation with customer service trying to figure out what’s going on with that, and all that they will tell me is that they WILL NOT deliver furniture outside a city that they have a store in. Nowhere on their website does it tell you that. This might be a good place to shop if you’re in a city, but that’s a hesitant might looking at other reviews. But if you live anywhere outside a city, don’t waste your time. I would highly recommend doing what I did and taking your business somewhere else. Local shops, in my experience, have not only been amazing to talk to, but have given great deals where remotely possible, and actually care about their customers.
TL;DR: Customer service responds to my emails about once per week. Don’t expect to get your order shipped if you aren’t in a city. Not worth the hassle.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed, was told that I was supposed to receive my furniture in February when I ordered in mid November. My wife had called and was told that we were only going to receive the furniture in end of March. Came end of March and my wife called once again, they now said that we were maybe going to receive our furniture end ofJuly. Went to the Brick and the day the said I was getting my furniture, that was the day I received them, no lies or BS

Unreasonable delays

Unreasonable delays, horrible customer service - why is it up to the customer to have to keep checking on when the item will be in stock? Don't believe the "expected in stock" date on their website - it shifts back and forth constantly. They process your payment immediately but never follow up, and give non-answers to very specific questions. Notice on the structube website that there is no place to leave a customer review, yet somehow they post reviews that all give 5 stars.

Rude unprofessional delivery men!

Just had my couch delivered to my house! And the delivery guy right away is busy eating while he’s pulling out the box! So I’m trying to get his attention to tell them that I live on the side of the house not at the main entrance! And he kept on yelling while I have to put it in front of the garage ago but that’s not my garage I don’t live there I live on the side of the house another entrance and he yells well where is your house wow just so rude! Then they drop the box outside not even bringing it down the stairs or in the hallway they left it outside and now I have no one to bring it inside because it’s a huge heavy box! At least bring it just inside the door anyways very rude very rude I will not be shopping with Structube again!

Don't expect to receive your purchase

Don't expect to receive your purchase. Their delivery service and customer service is as bad as it gets. Truly an abysmal company that has put together a nice show room. Don't waste your time here.

Getting nervous

Ordered a coffee table mid-October at the Shops at Don Mills. Was surprised to hear it wouldn't be delivered until mid-December but decided it was worth the wait. Mid-December came without a coffee table or any communication from Structube. When I followed up, they said it would arrive mid-January. I paid for this product over 2 months ago and still have nothing to show for it. I wouldn't order here again.

Dissatisfied heavy mirror small screws!

Good morning I ordered the metal large mirror waited months and months for it and once we received it it came with two little screws to put up. The mirror weighs 60lbs!!! How are you Structube expect customers to put up with these two little picture frame screws? So we purchased new heavy duty screws and as we tried to place the mirror up half our drywall fell and the screw broke! Half my wall almost came down!
I would please like to return the mirror it has been so stressful to get it up! Too bad no where does it mention how challenging it is to hang due to the extreme weight.
I would please like to return it I can drop it off at your nearest store anytime for my refund. Thank you!

Worst service ever. Still waiting for a refund months later!

Worst service ever! I purchased a table months ago - my cc was charged as soon as order was placed - did not receive the table for weeks beyond stated arrival date. Once it arrived it was scratched and looked cheap (it was cheap so I guess I got what I paid for). I returned which took weeks. Four months later and still have not received a refund to my cc. Emails requesting a status update go unanswered.

Poor Quality and filmsy material followed by Poor customer service. Never purchase anything from Structube.

Bought a MEGAN - interchangeable sectional sofa-bed with storage in March 2020. This is my first purchase with Structube online. By October 2020, the base that the legs attach is broken on the sectional side. I called Structube since all the items from Structube carry one year warranty period. They took a month time to respond and stating that they can allow me to return the product but refund will be issued only in the form of Structube credits for future purchase.
Here is the warranty policy from Structube website, No where it is mentioned that refund cannot be processed back to original payment method. I will be happy to take credits if Structube can manufacture furniture with good quality but all the products are so filmsy and can easily break. I will not even recommend Structube to my foe.

All STRUCTUBE products carry a one (1) year warranty unless otherwise specified. Valid from the date of delivery or pick-up. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects resulting from residential use only. Our products are not intended for commercial nor industrial use. This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear such as but not limited to: cuts, scratches, damage caused by impact or accidents, discoloration, shrinkage, fabric pilling, misshapen filling materials and stains. Products that have been stored, assembled or installed incorrectly, used inappropriately, abused, misused, altered, or cleaned using the wrong cleaning methods and/or cleaning products, are not covered by this guarantee. This guarantee does not apply if the product has been placed outdoors or in a harsh environment. This guarantee does not cover consequential or incidental damage. The original receipt is required for all claims and is non-transferrable.
You may have consumer rights under applicable federal and or local law that supersede aspects of this warranty. This warranty does not, in any way, supersede the rights given to you by law. As such, these exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
